Product description
1. Using steam heating as the heat source, sterilization is achieved by heating water. Due to the characteristics of water, it can ensure good bactericidal properties and fully comply with the principle of sterilization. Its sterilization temperature is low (≤ 100 ℃), so it does not damage the flavor and nutritional content of the food;
2. Adopting a three-layer three-dimensional structure to fully utilize space, minimizing the space occupancy rate of equipment and maximizing its effectiveness;
3. Made of stainless steel, clean and hygienic, with a long service life. The transmission part is entirely made of SUS304, and the bearings are acid and alkali resistant;
4. Adopting an overall insulation structure to prevent heat evaporation, it not only saves energy but also prevents personnel from getting burned during operation.
Application
Used for pasteurization of packaged fillings to extend their shelf life.
