4. The pot adopts an overall insulation scheme to reduce heat loss and save energy.

By using vacuum frying, the frying temperature can be reduced to avoid changes in color and taste of heat sensitive materials caused by excessive heating, while maintaining the original color, aroma, and flavor of the materials. At the same time, the moisture in the materials can be extracted through vacuum action to shorten the frying time.
